Ever think about where God is leading you now? Usually you think it's for this reason and it's a completly different turnout.. and you say hmmm that's why it was like this.. Remember it's always for a purpose and may not be the one you thought it was but dont ever quit.. What is your real commitment to the Worship Team.. Do you just want to play and sing or are you really there to serve..?? Here is a handy guide to help you decide..

1-Are you prepared for Sunday Morning? example: On Tuesday , have you looked at your e mail to download the new music and songs..(not Friday). In order to know a song you should listen to it over and over and over until it becomes a natural expression of Worship.( that means alot of times)

2-Are you on time to rehearsal?. Yes this could mean 6.30 am Sunday morning at some Campuses..(This also means not to stay up til 5 am so that you are fresh..and ready..) Do you have good strings, pics, sticks, words and music? Are you prepared?

3-Now lets assume you are ready…. (big points)

a-Did you bring your bible with you ? (large print ok)

b-Are you going to sit through (in) the live service ? ( free coffee)

c-After the service have you made yourself accessible ?(people acutally look for us …..you might have to shake some hands of someone that you have touched with your gift, so bring the hand stuff)..

Score 1- yes = 10 points no = 0

2- yes = 15 points no = 0

3- Yes = 25 points no = 10 points for honesty

a yes = 15 points no = 0

b yes = 15 points no = 0

c yes = 20 points no = 0

If you scored less than 100 points please check your commitment.

Do You Make A Difference ?

I often wonder if I make a difference where I am.. Sometimes I think to myself ,”Why do I do this and work so hard” ” Why do I practice and practice and practice all these years… Is it worth the sacrifice.. Have I missed out on other things like family , friends etc. Do people think that musicians are weird ? Well we may be weird but we have good hearts.. The music has brought me to know Jesus Christ more in a way I might never realize along with many people around me.. I am proud to be a christian musician and a member of Flamingo Road Church.. ” I for one now feel I make a difference where I am” do you?

Great news .. Mom is out of hospital as of yesterday 3 pm and feeling better.. Looks like it was food poisoning.. It's really very surprising and a wake up call to see how fast someone can go from being very healthy to being very sick.. Watch what you eat especially at outdoor events..Like the Garlic festival this past weekend.. Thanks for all your prayers..

We all compare ourselves to others. We spend our lives wondering what others think and say about us. Some of us even wish we were someone else. We question why we are the way we are and not the way we wish we could be. Some of us have let the expectations of others dictate who we’ve become. We act a certain way to be accepted but know that we’re being untrue. But why are we so concerned with what other people think, say, or look like? What does it say about us if we are unable to accept who we are? Maybe if we really knew our true selves, we wouldn’t give so much attention to other peoples’ lives and live more in tune with the life God wants for us.

I look for verses and inspirations every morning and this is what I found today..It hurts me to see Rossana in pain. Today I pray for her health..

How much time and energy do we spend wishing things were how they used to be? We often think about times in our past when things were different and want our lives to be like that again. Some of us have even come to believe that our best days may actually be behind us. But if we’re in some way hung up on the past, what does that mean for our lives now? How are we and those around us affected if we’re not fully present? If we’re longing for the way things used to be, what does that really say about our understanding and appreciation of our lives today? Maybe we need to learn to embrace our past for what it is, in order to live our lives to the fullest, right here, right now.

Worhsip at Sawgrass with Jorge and Mauricio was great Sunday...Spent the afternoon at South Florida Blues Festival. nice to see some friends headlining and after a nap we went to the Fair at St Maurice's for some sausage and peppers. There was some Latin band there that was really good. What a day for music... The highlight was throwing the ball at the guy at the dunk tank..and oh he went in..

Great night at church. Saw my friend Marc play at Cooper City and of course it was great and moving... Every day I look for a verse to keep me going . Some days I find one and others I cant. But Rossana bought me a book for my birthday and on the back was
" God is preparing you for greater things,

so don't be surprised when he asks you to think
better of yourself and to act accordingly."

Today should be a great day going to brunch with Rossana.. We went to church last night.. The closer I get to God the enemy always tries to show himself and rip it away from me.. I'd have to say rehearsal is draining me and Rossana for putting up with me but the Nova show went great.. Free beverages and free food. wooowwwwwwwww. didnt know that was gonna happen. Great Weekend at Flamingo Road Church

I dont know about you guys but I have a hard time making the transition of being at Church all weekend and going back to work Monday morning. But I ‘m home and made it.. This was one of the best weekends I have ever had the pleasure of being part of at Flamingo Road Church.. You guys are awesome. Just to see how our hard work worshiping the Lord impacts the lives of the many people who come to Flamingo Road is the ultimate reward in itself.. What keeps me going is knowing I’m coming back to church each week and seeing what HE has instore for me then.. Can’t wait..
